Refund Eligibility We offer refunds for subscriptions that have not been used to access our platform or content. If you have used our platform or accessed our content, we are unable to offer a refund. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription fees that have already been charged.

Refund Requests To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, email address, mobile number and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within five business days.

Refund Processing If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within ten business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

Cancellation of Subscription If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging into your account on our website (https://scholarsott.com/) and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle.
